This agreement is between Hair Closures UK (“the Company”) and the above-named client (“you” or “the Client”) and outlines the terms of your enrolment in our online training program.

We’re so excited to have you join us on this journey, and we’re committed to helping you feel confident and equipped to offer life-changing hair solutions to your clients.

1. Confidentiality & Community Guidelines

We are committed to creating a safe, respectful space for learning and growth. By enrolling in this programme, you agree to:

  • Keep any personal or business information shared by other participants private and confidential.

  • Respect the supportive tone of the group, no judgment, no comparison, just encouragement.

2. Intellectual Property

All course materials, techniques, videos, and resources are the intellectual property of Hair Closures UK and are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree:

  • Not to share, reproduce, or sell any part of the course content.

  • Not to teach or train others using this material unless you have written permission from us.

  • That all content shared with you remains the copyright of Hair Closures UK.

3. What's Included

With your purchase, you’ll receive:

  • A professional kit containing everything you need to get started

  • A 1:1 mentoring session with Gemma (to be used within 6 weeks of your enrolment)

  • Access to our private WhatsApp support group where you can ask questions and connect with others

You'll have lifetime access to the course content from your date of purchase.

4. Payment Terms

  • Total programme cost: £850 with the launch discount, or ÂŁ1142,50 at standard launch pricing.

  • If you selected a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments. This is a payment plan, not a subscription, so the full balance remains due even if you do not finish or access the course.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to feel 100% confident in your investment. Due to the digital nature of this training (and immediate access to downloadable resources and bonuses), all sales are final and non-refundable.

Please only enrol if you’re ready to commit to yourself and the work, we believe in you, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

6. Late Payments

We understand life happens, if your payment method fails, you’ll receive a reminder to update it.

If your account is more than 7 days overdue, a late fee of ÂŁ25 may be applied. If the account remains unpaid for 30 days, we reserve the right to refer the outstanding balance to collections.

7. Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of this course and the fact that access to all training materials and bonuses is granted immediately upon purchase, we do not offer cancellations or refunds once the payment has been processed.
